How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple! Browse through our collection, select the item you love, choose the correct size or variation (if applicable), and click "Add to Cart." Proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is processed and shipping label generated, cancellations or modifications are not be possible.

 

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping options?

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination (please allow 7-14 business days).

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary depending on your location. Please note that customs fees may apply for international orders, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for items in their original, unworn condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at contactbyimani@gmail.com.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Custom-made or personalized jewelry is non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

All Body Jewelry and Earrings are FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS / EXCHNAGES. This policy is due to COVID and for the protection and safety of our customers. 

How do I make a return?

To make a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team to receive a return authorization and shipping label.
  2. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and the receipt.
  3. Drop off the package at your nearest carrier location using the provided label.

Do you offer free returns?

Return shipping is free for domestic orders. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Store Credit & Exchanges

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds. Store credit ONLY.

What is your store credit policy?

You have 14 business days after receiving your item(s) to be eligible for a return. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and condition, just as you received it.

How do I make a return for store credit?

To complete your return, we require a packing slip or proof of purchase. Follow these steps:

  1. Contact us to initiate your return.
  2. Return the item in its original packaging, as you received it.
  3. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or denial. If approved, we will send you your store credit via email.

Important Details:

  • One Credit Limit: You are only allowed one store credit per item. Once issued, the store credit is final, and the item is final sale.
  • Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the new item. The merchant will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Processing Time: Exchanges take up to 14 business days for processing after the returned item has been received. Once eligible items are processed, a new tracking number will be generated and emailed to the customer.

 

Jewelry Care

How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

  • Avoid exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, and chemicals.
  • Store jewelry in a cool, dry place, preferably in a jewelry box or pouch.
  • Clean your jewelry with a soft cloth to maintain its shine.

 

Order Issues

What if I received the wrong item?

If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contactbyimani@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We’ll send you the correct item at no extra charge.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging our jewelry, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or store credit.

 

Discounts & Promotions

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount code can be applied per order. Be sure to check the terms and conditions of each promotion for any restrictions.
